Eat Right the Brain diet

brain diet

These days when everyone is busy running from pillar to post making their means and ends meet, even the thought of having food feels like a wastage of time.

Therefore, people go for short meals, packaged foods and are even ready to eat stale food. Almost everyone is occupied with themselves so much so that they seem incapable of maintaining their work-life balance.

Exercising is a far-fetched deal when satisfying biological needs like devouring food becomes a dream and unachievable.

This further leads to deterioration of physical and mental health. There is a direct relationship between weak immunity system and poor mental health. A field of psychology that is, psycho-neuro-immunology states that whatever we think is directly proportional to our immunity system.

Hence, both mind and body work in conjunction with each other. So, if we eat healthy our brain is going to function in a better way.

Foods such as blueberries, turmeric, apples, eggs, oranges, fatty fish, green tea, broccoli etc. boost one’s immunity system. This greatly enhances our memory. Wholegrain is responsible for improving the brain power, blueberries uplift short term memory, blackcurrants can help diminish anxiety, pumpkin seeds, broccoli and nuts heighten the optimal functioning of the brain.

The more nutritious the food, the better functioning of the brain will be resultant. Since, the type of food we eat effects our mood, thinking patterns. For instance, when people eat more of the oily food, they become lethargic, tired and in worst cases obese. This leads to excessive irritability, lower productivity in them.

Whereas, people who take care of their diet plan such as taking fresh fruits, home cooked food in proper ratio, veggies, drinking plenty of water etc. enjoy a better lifestyle and are active at workplace and home equally. Their body remains in equilibrium and protects them from pathogens by producing antibodies. Its impact is so vast that such foods can protect us from cancerous cells as well. Our brains give signals to rest of our body parts. Hence if our diet is good, the brain functioning will be active and energetic and guide our bodies in the right direction.

NOT JUST EATING RIGHT BUT EATING AT THE RIGHT TIME AND IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITY WILL HELP IN HAVING A HEALTHY BRAIN.

Healthy diet helps our brain to work out and produce appropriate levels of neurotransmitters which act as catalysts in better decision making and lives.

To stay forever young, keep your diet fruitful, fresh and young.
