We can maintain our peace of mind and give others with our piece of min whenever required. Better Sleep-Wake Cycle-Physical activity makes us tired and we feel the need to relax and sleep early and regain our energy. Proper sleep improves our eyesight, relieves our stress and enhances our memory. According to a theory we are able to recall events better after waking up from a good night’s sleep as all our thoughts are organized and therefore, better recall and retention.
